Joyeux Noel! {SC322 + JB09}

What fun!
The Jingle Belles holiday card prompt for this week is "Text Me! - Incorporate text into your holiday creations."

I made copies of Christmas songs from an old Hymnnal that we have, reduced to 50%. I left the dark creases, and actually folded my page on the crease, so *in person* it looks like the bumped up pages of a book. :)
I added a few pine branches with my Martha Stewart punch and a couple of red gems, some pretty green satin ribbon with gold flecks, and a swirly Christmas sentiment, antiqued the edges of my shaped card, and there we have it!!
:)

  1. what a totally ♥GORGEOUS♥ card! every single thing about it works perfectly together...and the entire thing brilliantly embodies the "text me" prompt! my only fear is that it's sooooooo very cool, you MIGHT not want to give it away in december!!! :)

  5. Oh, I like this and I especially like how you kept the shadowy parts so it gave dimension - what a great touch! A very original and striking card, really cool!
